Our RGA Youth Gridiron Players will be showing off their new skills during their exhibition matches, the West Sydney Pirates play the Central Coast Sharks and our UNSW Raiders Men and Women will take on the Newcastle Cobras. We invite the friends and families of current and former players to join us at David Phillips Sports Fields from 12 noon
The UNSW Raiders held their 2015 Trivia Night on Saturday 19 September 2015. There were 55 Trivia buffs who joined in the fun – everyone had an awesome time. Highlights of the evening included the “Sit Down” Game and the “Throw the Coin to the Bottle” game. Congratulations to the 2015 Trivia Winners – Team “Quiz in my pants”
This Saturday, 5 September 2015 sees the commencement of the Gridiron NSW 2015 Season. The UNSW Raiders Gridiron Club will be hosting 4 games at our home field including our Men who will be kicking off their season at 6pm against the Wollongong Mustangs. So come down to David Phillips for a full day of action! The BBQ will be sizzling so grab a sausage on a roll and enjoy
The Raiders will be heading to the Erskinville Hotel to watch State of Origin II. This is a great chance for all of us to get together off the Gridiron, hangout, have some fun and get to know each other better. Bring your friends and partners, the more the merrier! Established in 2012, the Annual Raiders vs Seahawks game took place again last Saturday, 10th August aiming to raise funds for the hosting team’s charity of choice. This year, the Raiders raised $3000 for the George Kranitis Juvenile Arthritis and Uveitis Fund.
