Showing improvement each week the (1-2) UNSW Raiders Women’s team started off the day by getting their first win for the season with a dominant performance over the Central West Giants 34-0. The (0-3) Colts still struggling to connect the passing game lost to the Northern Sydney Rebels Colts 0-30. Meanwhile finishing out the day the (2-1) Raiders Men’s had a huge win scoring 6 TDs in the first half
The mens team for the UNSW Raiders was the first to celebrate a win this season, as they closed out todays games against the Napean Ducks winning 38-8. Earlier today the womens team, even through their renewed dedication to training this week were narrowly frustrated in their game with the final score of 18-14 to the Ducks. Training at the UNSW David Phillips Field will be cancelled tonight (Monday 17th June) due to field closures. Women’s will continue to have a theory session at UNSW Campus. We will update you further if further training is affected.

The NSW Wolfpack urgently need volunteers for a few nationals games to do chains and other sideline jobs. It starts next Sunday the 14th and continues on throughout the week. If you can spare some time and want to be on the sideline right next to the action, the link to sign-up is below. Experience is not necessary as the referees will guide you before the game.
